Blocktech MEP are currently looking for an experienced MEP Project Manager (Mechanical Bias) to join a reputable M&E company working on various exciting projects across London and the South East.
The company has seen significant growth, even during challenging times, and has a strong pipeline of upcoming projects. The Mechanical Director is seeking a fresh, dynamic Project Manager with aspirations to grow into a Contracts Manager and become their number two over time.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience with high-rise, high-end services/pipework installation, prefab plumbing, HVAC, health & safety, and electrical works.
- Proficient in project management software.
- Confident in delivering updates and progress reports to senior management and clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proven track record of leading project teams and sub-contractors on large, complex projects to successful completion — on time and within budget.
- Senior references from previous similar projects will be required if selected.
