Unlike some other companies once we receive the project package documents our contracted technical expert reviews them and raises any questions by email.

Once we have a suitable bid we carry out further financial checks, and where necessary on some of the smaller sub contract companies we get references for their performance.

For you as the client this removes some of the burden and allows you to remain fairly anonymous until an acceptable bid is received. This of course helps with keeping face with the client as the details will be Blocktech Branded and the exact location will not appear in any advertising.

Once an acceptable price and the bidding company has been checked and approved we will pass to your internal teams legal departments to finalise the contract and submit our invoice for introduction.

Our fee is not recurring so once you have used our service you will have secured another quality contact to work alongside time and again.
