Job Description

Blocktech Mep are looking on behalf of their client for Mechanical Fitters with Steam Turbine experience for a 3-month + contract starting asap stripping and building steam turbine modules on a classified contract.

You need to have experience in Fitting and aligning the diaphragm’s, not just the casings.
We will also need you to be able to operate small machinery such as lathe, pillar drill, and surface grinder. (In case workshop shut)

£36.50 Per Hour
Time and a quarter after 40 hours worked.
Time and a half Saturdays.

If your registered address is over 50 miles from Rugby then Monday to Friday there is also:

£50 per day for Hotels (Per DM)
£40 daily allowance for Lunch.
